As an employee of Easy Wireless, you will utilize your skills to drive wireless, prepaid sales and provide excellent customer service in our territories throughout Missouri.

*Essential Functions*
* Wireless retail and sales, directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
* Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
* Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
* Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
* Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
* Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
* Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
* Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
* Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
* Participate in community outreach through outdoor events.

*Requirements*
* Must be age 18 and obtained high school diploma or GED required - 2 year Associate degree preferred.
* Reliable transportation
* Valid Driver’s License
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 1 year of customer —facing experience
* 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
* Basic PC skills including computer navigation, email and internet
* Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary
